NATURE OF BUSINESS
In the field of Food Industry we are very young, yet we are prepared to the demands of Negrenses. We cooked food everyday for our patrons and we cater and personalized their special occasions as well. We crafted our own versions and tastes of our Native Gourmet products that are naturally made from Dekongs Kitchen and soon will be available in the Market.
Since young, I really love the art of cooking. Not only because it gives me pleasure when I’m hungry but it gives me total satisfaction when I successfully blend the aroma and taste of my new menu I call my own.
These skills were further enhanced when I and my friends joined the Diocesan Commission on Youth of Bacolod City, as volunteers. We provide heartily cooked food for our fellow youth volunteers. As time goes by, we are now providing healthy and affordable food for the people of Bacolod City.

OUR INSPIRATION
Federico and Consuelo Pabiona, my grandparents are our inspirations. I grew up with them and they influenced my cooking and business habits. Growing up at Mina, Sipalay during their time, is a great learning experience and a tough challenge, that someday, this homemade “SUDAN” I made for my family will soon Negrenses’ favorite.
Now, Dekong exists - my Lolo’s nickname.
